It’s exhausting to live inside an anxious mind.
The constant overthinking, “what if’s”, and the pressure you put on yourself to have it all figured out can be debilitating. You deserve more than just surviving your symptoms; you deserve to actually feel okay.

Does any of this sound like you?
Anxiety looks different for everyone. For high-achievers and driven people, it often hides behind productivity, perfectionism, and a constant need to stay in control.
You might seem fine on the outside while your mind is racing a mile a minute inside. If this resonates, you’re not alone. It doesn’t have to stay this way.
Let’s Talk →- Constant worry about things you can’t control
- Overthinking every decision, big or small
- Feeling on-edge or irritable most of the time
- Trouble falling or staying asleep because your mind won’t stop
- Avoiding situations that might cause discomfort
- Physical tension — headaches, tight chest, stomachaches
- Feeling like you always have to earn your sense of safety or approval
- Dreading things that never used to bother you
- Replaying conversations and wondering if you said the wrong thing
- Exhausted from trying to stay in control of everything
A personalized approach to your anxiety
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Gabby tailors therapy to what actually works for you.
Understand the root
Anxiety is rarely “just” anxiety. Together, we explore what’s underneath it — past experiences, beliefs you’ve absorbed, and patterns that once protected you but are now holding you back.
Rewire your response
Using evidence-based methods like CBT and emotion-focused therapy, you’ll learn to interrupt anxious patterns before they spiral, and respond to stress with more steadiness and flexibility.
Build lasting change
The goal isn’t just to feel better in session — it’s to build the skills and self-trust that you carry into your daily life, long after therapy ends.
What to expect when you reach out
Starting therapy can feel daunting. Here’s exactly what happens, step by step.
Free 15-minute consultation
We hop on a brief, no-pressure call to get to know each other. You share what’s been going on, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether Gabby is the right fit.
First full session
Your first session is an intake, which is a deeper conversation about your history, what’s brought you here, and what you’d like to work toward. Gabby creates space for you to feel heard, not assessed.
Personalized treatment plan
Together, you’ll set goals and map out a path forward at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy is collaborative, and you’re in the driver’s seat. This space is yours!
Ongoing support & growth
Regular sessions build momentum. You’ll develop tools for managing anxiety, gain insight into your patterns, and start to feel a shift where you are steadier, clearer, and more like yourself.
