About Gabby
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist based in Virginia. I earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and English before completing my Master’s in Psychological Science, and went on to receive my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In my work, I draw on evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, interpersonal therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.
I’m an avid nature lover, often exploring Virginia’s hiking trails, and I also enjoy relaxing at home with my two cats—who occasionally make surprise appearances during sessions!
