Meet Gabby
One of the most painful feelings is the feeling of being alone. Loneliness from the loss of a loved one, from isolation, from big life transitions that bring that aching homesick feeling. Loneliness also arises from feeling unseen, misunderstood, invisible. The weight of it can shape the way we view ourselves and even how we move through the world.
So many people are carrying this quiet weight of loneliness, yearning to be fully seen and accepted. In our work together, I hope to create a space where I can witness my clients be their true authentic self - and be celebrated for it. You are not invisible here. Being seen, heard, and understood creates a powerful space for change. There is also courage in fully seeing yourself.
